Wellbeing Wander in Hyde Park

In our present culture, silence is somewhat of an endangered species.  And yet the benefits have never been more needed, especially amidst the busyness of city living.  Join coach and psychotherapist Kelly Hearn as she leads a group walking meditation through some of the lesser-known parts of Hyde Park.  This is a time to slow down and enjoy one of London’s most beautiful settings while sharing group silence.  An opportunity to ‘check-out to check-in’ with ourselves and with nature.  This event is run in partnership with the Royal Parks Foundation and Yeotown.  For tickets please click here.
